Terms of Service
The terms that govern your MojoHealth cover and use of the platform.
Last updated: 29 May 2026. By enrolling for cover or using the MojoHealth platform you agree to these terms.
Eligibility & enrolment
Cover requires a valid Ghana Card and successful identity verification. You are responsible for providing accurate information for yourself and any dependants.
Premiums & payments
- Premiums are payable in Ghana Cedis by the channels we support, via MojoPay.
- Cover is conditional on premiums being paid and confirmed.
- Certain benefits are subject to waiting periods, limits and co-payments as set out in your plan.
Cover & claims
Benefits are provided in accordance with your chosen plan's limits, exclusions, and pre-authorisation rules, at facilities licensed by HeFRA. Claims are adjudicated against these rules. MojoHealth complements, and does not replace, the National Health Insurance Scheme.
Changes & cancellation
You may cancel in line with your plan terms. We may amend products, tariffs, and these terms, giving notice where required by law and regulation.
Liability
Clinical care is provided by independent, licensed providers. MojoHealth administers cover and claims and is not the provider of medical treatment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana and the National Health Insurance Act, 2012 (Act 852).
